Poppy's Birthday!!

We celebrated Poppy's 42nd Birthday on Monday (okay, so he's not 42... close enough) :-)

We went to Capital Ale House in Downtown Fredericksburg for burgers ... and then to the park for some cake and presents.  Being able to share occasions like birthdays is one of the MAJOR perks to living close to family.  It was FUN being able to be there and actually CELEBRATE with Poppy (and not just from afar).  Happy Birthday Poppy.  We sure are thankful for you ... and we love us some Poppy!  

Yes, grandparents are THAT cool that they let us sing twice, so that BOTH boys get a turn at helping Poppy blow out the candles.  :-)
