Here is a picture of Big Boy Jake showing how old he now is ..... 3!!! We had his 3-year old doctor's appointment - and everything looks good. Jake LOVES going to the doctor (let's hope that lasts). He got to be weighed on the big scale - and even got his blood pressure checked. He also wanted to sit up on the table and not on Mommy's lap. He's growing up, that's for sure! He was holding his head high....thinking he was big stuff :-) So, here are the stats:
Weight: 34 1/2 lbs (80th percentile)
Height: 38 1/2 in. (80th percentile)
Head: OFF THE CHARTS (yep, they said that).
I told the doctor we were well aware of that, b/c Mimi had bought Jake a 3+ helmet for his scooter - and that it fit over his left ear ;-) We had to go out this week and buy a 5+! Guess Cole has a helmet waiting for him when he's ready - which he might as well go on and wear when playing with Jake. I know the Lord has amazing things planned for Jake during this next year .... so excited (and blessed) to be a part of his journey.
