After celebrating Poppy's birthday, we went back to my parents house....and played LOTS AND LOTS of ball with Jake....pretty much until bedtime. My Mom has this sparkly ball there that Jake loves - and Aunt Jul and Papa Dee were playing "monkey in the middle" with Jake while Mimi, Daddy, and I sat on the sidelines, but we must've played this game for....well, a really long time! I'm not sure Jake still had the energy (since he missed his nap) - but he was LOVING it. I think if we wouldn't eventually have put him to bed, we would still be in the dining room playing ball RIGHT NOW with him! :-)
