We are really working on ditching the pacifier during the day. We are trying to use it only at bedtime and nap time. It is working out pretty well, for the most part, but Jake is now using his sleeve as something to chew on. Notice how WET his arm sleeve was when I put him in his high chair at dinner time tonight. BUT - we will press on - and he is doing pretty good with it. I obviously don't want to ditch it all together right now....with some changes about to take place, but he's doing really good at only using it during naps and at bedtime, so I'm proud of him!! :-)
